What PropWorth does

PropWorth is a work tool for authorized real-estate agents. It helps an agent research a property, compare valuation sources, inspect contact information, and prepare a lead record after a call.

Information we process

• Account and security data: username, password during sign-in, device identifier, device public key, session tokens, approval status, and security/audit events. Passwords are transmitted over HTTPS and stored by the PropWorth account service only as a salted password hash.
• Property and lead data: an address or assessor parcel number, property facts, owner names, valuations, source links, lead identifiers, and contact details used for the agent-requested workflow.
• Supported-site content: limited page content and network responses from ReadyMode, PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, DuckDuckGo, and Airtable that are needed to provide the extension's visible features.
• Optional phone lookup data: a phone number submitted by the agent and the returned identity/contact records.
• Optional call data: a recording selected by the agent, its transcript, and structured lead details derived from that transcript.
• Local diagnostics: recent provider status, failed-search details, and technical events used to explain and troubleshoot results.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate authorized users, protect company access, perform the property/contact research requested by the agent, prepare the requested lead handoff, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the service. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Service providers and sources

To provide the user-facing features, PropWorth may send the minimum necessary query or content to the selected property sources and to our service providers: PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, DuckDuckGo, ReadyMode, Airtable, Enformion for optional phone lookup, Groq for optional transcription, and Nara for optional transcript analysis. A call recording is sent only after the agent selects the file and starts analysis. A completed lead is sent to Airtable only after the agent confirms that workflow.

Storage and retention

The extension keeps settings, the current workflow state, and limited diagnostics in the user's Chrome profile. Account sessions and device approvals are kept on the PropWorth server so authorized access can continue securely across browser restarts. Integration requests are proxied without intentionally storing call recordings or phone-lookup responses on the PropWorth server. Data submitted to Airtable or processed by another service is subject to that service's retention controls and the company's account configuration. Local extension data can be removed by clearing PropWorth data or uninstalling the extension. Company administrators can revoke a user, device, or session at any time.

Security

PropWorth uses HTTPS for network transmission, device-bound request signatures, expiring and revocable sessions, least-privilege extension permissions, and server-side storage of third-party API credentials. No security measure is perfect, but access is restricted to authorized company users and approved devices.

Limited use

PropWorth's use and transfer of information received from browser permissions is limited to providing and improving the extension's single user-facing purpose. The information is not transferred for personalized advertising, credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or sale to data brokers. Human access is limited to security, legal compliance, administrator-directed account support, or support requested and consented to by the affected user.

Your choices

Optional phone lookup and recording analysis run only when the agent starts them. Administrators can disable sources and integrations, restrict which settings an agent may edit, revoke devices and sessions, or disable an account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
